For the world's ultra-wealthy, a new 'amenity of choice' has been created by a designer pool.

The world's ultra-wealthy now own over $5.3 trillion in real estate properties, according to World Property Channel. With the recent influx of newly minted billionaires around the world, many luxury property developers are waging a battle to entice them to their projects by any means necessary.

Condos are now vying with one another for wealthy buyers who want exclusive water amenities added, such as epic two-story rooftop aquatic centers and infinity pools on every terrace, in addition to having the beach, heat, and fantastic weather at their disposal. shop for sale in qatar

The Peebles Corporation's CEO and Chairman, Don Peebles, tells World Property Channel, "Billionaires seek the exclusivity of a private estate with all the facilities of a five-star resort while looking for a second, third, or even fourth home. This resort-style lifestyle in Miami and Miami Beach revolves around water - waterfront locations, swimming pools, poolside lounging, and poolside entertainment."

Peebles went on to say, "Condo developers in Miami are now selling the ultimate package: sky mansions with rooftop pools overlooking the beach and the Atlantic. These oceanfront penthouses with rooftop pools are a hot commodity, as shown by the recent record-breaking sales; and, you can have it all for $50 million - at least today; tomorrow, it'll probably be $75 million."

Here are a few new architectural gems in Miami that are ushering in a new level of luxury living, whether it's a 2-story infinity pool, personal plunge pools, or a 365-day sun analysis to optimize sun exposure.

The Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum features a stunning aquatics center with a 2-story infinity pool and curved diamond-cut ceilings with an iridescent glaze that represents the Miami Ocean. This aquatics center was designed by the same architect who designed the aquatics center for the 2012 London Olympics.
Residents of The Bath Club Estates can choose from 13 different luxury estates, each with a private plunge pool on their own expansive terrace. Additionally, residents have access to two beachfront pools with private cabanas.

On the south side of the tower, Jade Signature will feature a 25-meter lap pool with full sun exposure. Herzog & de Meuron, the Pritzker Prize-winning architects, conducted a 365-day sun analysis to ensure that the lap pool was located in a location that received full day sun exposure.
