ERES REIT Announces Monthly Distribution in May of 2021!

The trustees of European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: ERE.UN, “ERES”) have announced a monthly cash distribution of €0.00917 per Unit and Class B LP Unit in May 2021 (the “May Distribution”), which is equal to €0.110 per Unit annualized. Holders of Units and Class B LP Units (the "Unitholders") of record on May 31, 2021 will be eligible for the distribution, which will be paid on June 15, 2021. find property qatar
The Euro-denominated distribution would be charged in Canadian dollars at the time of delivery, depending on the exchange rate at the time (estimated C$0.01345 per Unit and Class B LP Unit). Registered Unitholders would have the option of receiving their distribution in Euros instead of Canadian dollars. If no such election is made, registered Unitholders will receive their distribution in Canadian dollars using the exchange rate mechanism described above. Beneficial Unitholders would not be able to choose between receiving the distribution in Euros or in US dollars. In April 2021, the final cash allocation was C$0.01345 per Unit and Class B LP Unit.
Investors in our Distribution Reinvestment Plan will continue to earn an extra amount equal to 5% of their distributions paid in the form of additional Units as a way to promote participation and reward our loyal Unitholders.
Subject to the discretion of the ERES Board of Trustees, ERES plans to continue to make routine monthly distributions. ERES continues to aim for an AFFO payout ratio of between 80 and 90 percent. Holders of Class B LP Units would receive a cash dividend from ERES Limited Partnership in proportion to their investment.

The first arrondissement of Paris, home to the Louvre and the Palais Royal, made a cameo appearance in the Netflix hit Emily in Paris, but the Bourse de Commerce in Les Halles, one of the city's oldest, most central (and most expensive) districts, is set to highlight the district's many attractions. Recent events have postponed the formal opening of the reinvented corn exchange, which was financed by Kering luxury goods billionaire and art collector François Pinault and designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The new contemporary-art venue should begin attracting crowds later this year. Those looking for a first look should consider the proximity advantages of this 260sq m, grand-luxe 19th-century apartment (priced at €5.5m, via Savills, savills.com), which is not only within easy walking distance but also looks out over the Louvre.

The advantages of getting some fresh air and getting some exercise away from the crowds have become commodities in the last year, which has benefited many of the world's top ski resorts. The Aspen Snowmass region in Colorado has reaped the benefits, with revenues in the first nine months of 2020 exceeding those in the entire year of 2019. Property estimates for the entire Aspen region topped a staggering $3 billion in the same year, so assets like this five-bedroom house on 97 acres are a rare find, as shown by the $30 million asking price via Knight Frank.

Following the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union, British consumers are competing with their foreign rivals for the right to travel freely within the EU's 27 member states. For several, Portugal's Golden Visa program, which offers a five-year residence-by-investment period, is the solution. Cluttons (cluttons.com) in Lisbon has a four-bedroom apartment in Amoreiras for €3.25 million, but interested parties should act quickly because improvements to the system take effect this summer.
Since UK citizens do not need a visa to live or work in Ireland, Dublin will compete with Frankfurt, Paris, and Amsterdam in terms of business opportunities. Top-of-the-line properties in the capital, including this three-bedroom villa overlooking Killiney Bay in Dalkey (€3.9m, via Sherry Fitzgerald, sherryfitz.ie), also offer soothing sea breezes.
